Description
The Japanese kitchen knife SANTOKU is a very common and popular Japanese multi-purpose knife. It is used for cutting vegetables as well as meat or fish. The blade, made from ZDP-189 blade steel with above-average edge retention and rust resistance, is protected by layers of forged, softer steel with a Kurouchi finish, which prevents food from sticking and also gives this kitchen knife a traditional look. The octagonal handle made of high-quality, elegant-looking rosewood is equally suitable for right and left-handers.
