Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

Prices

For deliveries within Germany and the European Union, the prices stated are in euros including value added tax (VAT). For deliveries outside Germany and the European Union, no VAT will be charged.

We charge the following shipping costs depending on the delivery address:

Germany

Standard: 0,00 € to 19,00 € - 4,00 € (delivery time: 2 to 4 working days).

Standard: 20,00 € to 299,00 € - 8,00 € (delivery time: 2 to 4 working days).

Standard: 300,00 € and more - free of charge (delivery time: 2 to 4 working days).

European Union

Due to the European Packaging Regulation (PPWR), which took effect on August 12, 2026, deliveries within the European Union are not possible until further notice.

Great Britain

Standard: € 89.00 (delivery time: 5 to 8 working days).

Switzerland

Standard: € 89.00 (delivery time: 5 to 8 working days).

Outside the European Union (excluding Switzerland and
the United Kingdom)

Standard: € 149.00 (delivery time: 5 to 8 working days).

NOTES

Note: We do not charge VAT for deliveries to Switzerland and outside the European Union. Only after you have identified yourself as a non-EU customer (delivery address) will you receive an invoice without German VAT. VAT already paid. Overpayments will be refunded.

Please note that as a customer outside the European Union, you are responsible for the respective import and the payment of the taxes and customs duties involved. Shipping costs In addition to the stated prices, we charge for delivery:

Shipping is always insured by a shipping service provider appointed by us.
