Refund policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item you have returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund has been approved, it will be processed. If you cancel the contract, we must refund any payments we have received from you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Offer items

Refunds can only be made on regular priced items, unfortunately offer items are excluded from refunds.

Exchange

Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@zukuri.de and send the item to: Burnitzstrasse 58, Frankfurt, Hesse, 60596, Germany.

Shipping

To return your product, send the product to: Burnitzstrasse 58, Frankfurt, Hesse, 60596, Germany.

You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and purchasing shipping insurance for products with a value greater than €50.00. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned.
